Excellent attention to detail in every department. I would strongly recomend to anyone looking for a Can Am/John Deere in the area!

The staff here are so friendly. My 2 year old son is obsessed with tractors, and my husband and son decided to drop in to look at the john deeres, and the salesman invited my son and husband to hop up and have a look at one of the tractors. I thought it was so incredibly sweet of them to do that - my son was over the moon and kept talking about the john deeres. Thank you Green Diamond for taking the time to make a kid's day!

Walked they had no SxS in the show room walked around for ten minutes no one came out of there little hiding place so I left and never going back

Although I couldn't get what I wanted, sales were great.

Went here for service on my ATV. needed 2 tires repaired (for slow leaks) I asked for tubes, they took it upon themselves to just put sealant in all 4 tires and charged $193.50 for that!then waited over 3 weeks to get tie rod ends in and installed. also asked for a complete service to be done, front and rear diff oil, engine oil etc..Got the machine back and the 2 tires that I had originally brought it in for are still leaking air, the tie rod ends were installed incorrectly and the machine's front tires are severely out of alignment!! and the technician did not replace the drain plug washer gasket in the rear diff and there is oil everywhere!! Check engine light was on when I picked it up as well the coolant bottle was bone dry!!Extremely poor customer service as I was told the manager was on holidays and would call me when he returned to discuss all the issues (the service lady assured me, I showed her the issues and took pictures before I left). I held off writing this review to give them the chance to rectify the situation. As of now, 3 weeks later, I still have not received a phone call or email.I had priced out a new atv and a new John Deere tractor for around our property but will now make the hour and a half drive to go elsewhere to purchase the equipment. Green Diamond Grand Falls would have had a very good sale and loyal customer had this not occurred or if it was at least rectified.
