Real Canadian Superstore Talbot Street

It appears that management has reorganized the store, making it difficult to find items of your a regular shopper. I'm thinking it'll take me at least a few more weeks to figure out where everything is, although I'm sure it's set up in a more efficient way.Prices are still all over the place and I'm not sure if Loblaws has addressed the price gouging accusations. Either way, it's a great store with great selection and usually comparable prices.Dislike: the fact that the free gift with purchase of $300+ is another box of toxic chemicals with no option for a substitution.Dislike: the Optimum program is extremely difficult to navigate. Customers should be able to load all offers at one time, not have to scroll for pages to see what offers there are between different stores,days, groupings etc.

Big parking lot with wheel chair parking.Gas bar an added advantage after shopping. Store is stocked well and you won't miss any grocery product in you are shopping.If you are looking for cosmetics, baby products, household items, outdoor products, groceries, fresh produce, bakery, meat and sea food section, dairy section and now they have added wine section.

The apples are tasteless and smell like some sort of chemical. The red delicious ones are always mushy and soft.

Shout Out to Superstore Langley and the Produce/peoplewho keep wet wall. Waaaay better than Walmart in any time of the day/night. Keep it up

I asked if they have a product to an employee who has red hair (middle-aged woman)at beauty section today.When I asked her,she said “ YOU HAVE TO WAIT” and “ If you don’t see the product we don’t have it”super faster and looked bluntly.And then I asked when if they were restocking she just said “ I don’t know “She was counting so I understand she was super busy but she should’ve checked at least if it is coming or never.Cashier and the other sections are fine and good quality products but I’ll never go back here again .

Our experience here was great. The store is well lit and clean. Washroom facilities are available here. I have shopped at lots of Superstores over the years and this location is at the top for its easy access and lots of parking. The store is well stocked and arranged. I like the Joe Fresh clothing line. It’s a grocery store so I think you know what it’s all about. Prices are good and it’s easy to navigate the store and check out efficiently.

We love this store. In it you can buy anything from food. For very good price.Good inexpensive choice of clothes. There is also a large pharmacy. Always smiling and friendly staff. And excellent castemore service.Due to the covid 19 epidemic, they clean very well and keep track of the distance between customers. Thank you for your care for people).Need more bigger parking.

I like the place. Canadian Superstore should have tested or tasted those Blueberries before they put on for sell.Tastes so bad. So dried. Bad quality. Cant wait to buy local blueberries.

I did my regular online grocery shop with PC express which I do about every two weeks. This time I was charged for about $35 worth of substitutions which I told them I did not want. So they didn't include it in my order but still charged for it. I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DROVE AWAY and a girl KNEW that I was mistakenly charged for subs and told me i should see a refund on my credit card after 10 days. Well, it has been a month. I reached out to customer service online TWICE as well as left messages for their manager and still no response whatsoever. Not sure if I should report it as fraud on my credit card or just go into the store and help myself to $35 worth of stuff. I will continue to just order from other grocery stores. By the way, this is the only location where your order will always be pushed back to the next day. You will never get your order the day you want it.
