I was so impressed with the service at Safety net It's so well organized first you place a call to them to make an appointment, before going in the people there go far and beyond to help you in choosing not just clothing but linen, handbags, comforters so well organized I had a beautiful day the staff made me feel so welcome many thanks to all

I have been donating my gently loved clothing and items here for the last few years and I am always extremely happy with the experience. Any correspondence with the staff via email is replied to swiftly and everything is very organized. I will continue to come here, as an immigrant and new Canadian citizen myself I truly appreciate what you do for new comers to Canada and to anyone needing a helping hand!

An amazing charity. The work Bill and his incredible team do to help those in need in our community is unbelievable. Its about helping people but more so it's about changing lives. The world needs more Bills!!! Our community needs to support Safetynet in any way that we can, so that they can continue to do the amazing work they do.

Helpful answer to people in need of furniture, beds , appliances and clothing. Very very nice stuff here I was given all designer clothing a Versace suit with Versace/hermes ties all like new . Around the corner from lighthouse shelter it's the best route to people without options or cash . Every 3 Months you can return and receive help again so so nice it's a 5/5 rating in my eyes .

I dropped off clothing for the first time on the recommendation of a friend who swears by your charity, and who was disappointed in another charity, like me (not naming...). I was greeted and my questions were answered by a lovely lady - thank you! I am so happy to have heard of you, you may be sure I will recommend you myself! Very nice and helping staff. Special thanks to Bill for considering my request. Visited them last Monday with my husband and toddler. Very welcoming and warm people. They do add a lot of value in the lives of people who visit them. Many thanks for your love and generosity. Beautiful organized place with so many helping people around.
