Simply Fence

Called for a quote, they said they would call me back later in the day. They never did so I called back 2 days later. They apologized and said they would get back to me the next day with a quote. Its been 2 days and still no sign of anything. I shouldnt be chasing them down for a quote.

I met with Adam at our property on April 7th, we went through the project in person (while physical distancing), and laid out a price and timeline of May 3rd. I paid a deposit the following day of ~$1700 after reconfirming that the timeline would work.I didn't get any correspondence from this company, so on May 1st I reached out again to make sure things were on schedule. I received a reply that indicated I was scheduled for mid-week"

I've reached out to this company 3x in as many weeks to get a quote to have a job done and have yet to hear a reply.EDIT: We moved and wanted fencing for our new house. The same thing happened AGAIN. I reached out 3x and didn't hear a word back from them.What a ridiculous way to do business.

Don't recommend. Unreliable. No shows for scheduled appointment with no explanation.I would accept being lost in the shuffle" but the appt was made face to face at a quote location ( i have two properties) for the next day at a specific time. Felt more like a " we dont want your business " . I was a small business owner for 10 years and kept my appt times written down in a planner. It's basic planning 101. "Lost in the shuffle" sounds more like "disorganized " which does not bode well before the work is even started and even less so for credibility."

I'm for giving smaller companies my business however I'm a tad frustrated with the service thus far...1) . Contacted them on June 3rd with my needs and a quote was received within 30 minutes. I applied a deposit on June 4th and stated I could wait until the end of July for install. I was advised there would be a 6 to 8 week wait time anyway for the delivery of the fence style that would be complementing the chain link. I was more than OK with that.2) . In late July I emailed several times to get an update on install date. No word. I called and was advised a portion was still in transit however they felt it would arrive that week so we set sn install day and time. That Friday morning (August 9) I received a call that th truck had broken down in addition the Ornamental had still not arrived. It was in Quebec in transit. I agreed to wait until the shipment arrived for the install rather than doing it in two stages.3) . The following Monday morning a truck arrived to install my fence. Very nice young men however they had no idea as to what was going in and or location of the fence. There was still no Ornamental. They made a call and advised me they would put the chainlink in and then come back when the other arrived. They thought that Thursday.4) . Thursday arrived. No fence. So I call Friday and was advised it was not in but they would come on Monday (August 19th)....as it was in transit.5) . Here it is August 21st...still no fence. I called and was advised it didn't come in the last shipment so hopefully this week so they will come on Monday August 26....almost into 12 weeks........ I was advised there are only three suppliers of ornamental...we get 400 emails a day so that is why I can't respond by email.. I haven't billed you yet.... it was ordered the day I made my deposit (early June)...but it didn't come in the shipment.........I would have rated one start but I want to give the two installers some credit as they were nice, they went right to work and they did a good job. I've had a number of people comment on the fence...I just want the darn thing finished....and so don't my dogs....Thank you! :)

Unprofessional, made appointment and didnt bother to show up or call to explain after rebooking appt. Twice. Inconsiderate of my time.

I was very frustrated with Adam the owner and operator of this business. I had hired him in May 2020 and was scheduled for work to be performed the next week. No show. I called and was given another date. This happened with Adam 5 times in a row until late June. This guy is not reliable and customer satisfaction is not a priority. Stay away from this business.
