The staff were really nice and the service was also quick. It was my first time here and the food was really great! I ordered the Smokehouse bowl with steak.

We normally rely on freshi for quick, quality food however this location was a let down. We ordered online for a specific pickup time, got there on time and our order had not even been started (ordered over 30min in advance), staff said they were busy and closing, reluctantly our order was made. The bowl I ordered was made incorrectly with the wrong ingredients and missing ones. Would not recommend this location.

I have to share my experience... I wish I would have grabbed the two girls names working on Canada day at this location!!! I can’t express enough how greatful I am for the service I received!! We walked in 5 mins to close because we didn’t know the hours were different on Canada day!! I have extremely bad dietary restrictions and usually only eat fast food from freshii. We just drove 7 hours from Calgary to Regina and I was banking on eating there for supper. They had to pull everything back out and make us stuff fresh after having already been waiting to close!! They both refused us tipping!! What amazing service!!! I wish I could have done more than just writing this google review!! Thank you ladies SO much!!

Our team pre ordered 18 different meals. Half were a kale chicken Caesar bowl or wrap; none of them came with dressing. I emailed and asked for a refund but was told “I made them personally and they were correct”. No they weren’t. We had no time for them to be remade because the team was already at the rink preparing for their national championship game. I said I would send a pic to prove there was no dressing. They were not interested in making it right.This Freshii had no desire to make it right even though they didn’t provide what we had ordered.This location does not deserve your business.

The girls are so kind and quick to prepare your order and accomodate any special dietary needs. I always experience great service at this location. I also recommend the juices and supplements. I choose to go out of my way to support this particular location, because it is the best!
