Paul the exterminator was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process.My only criticism was that we were not informed that we would have to vacant our home for a significant amount of time during and after the application.

I had an issue with Raccoons in my attic. The technician that came out to perform my service was amazing! I think his name was Andrew. The service booking was so easy as the office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone took the time to listen to me and explain the process. Very helpful, great work from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

This company goes above and beyond to meet ALL your needs!!! I called them last minute with an issue I needed dealt with immediately and they were able to move things around for me to accommodate my every request I had in such a short time span. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this business from the customer service experience of the staff and the professionalism of the technicians and the amazing work they do…I am more than impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anything you may need in regards to wildlife and pest problems. 10/10!!!

ICE Pest Control and Wildlife removed thousands of bees from a chimney of the house. They had to access it from the exterior and we were very concerned about the brick as this is a heritage home. They did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional, even when they were being stung multiple times. (I would have not been as professional haha) They cleaned everything up (including the bricks covered in honey) when they left and even found those little honey makers a new home. They did a great job and we are happy with their service. Highly recommended! Thanks for your help and guidance Denise!
