Been waiting in line for payment and two staffs keeps on talking and talking with the other costumer. One is talking about her kids lol and the other one was approving what she’s saying. Worst experience ever. I just walked out from the store. Cant wait for them to finish up their very long convo. This happened at the mountain warehouse intercity mall

Bought a pair of shoes for work and first was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the shoes. Then when the treads of one shoe popped through the sole and the steel shank in the bottom came out there was absolutely no questions asked to replace the shoes under warranty.Great products for a decent price and a very friendly staff!

I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I feel my experience needs to be heard.I came into the store today to look for puffer jackets. I walked around the whole store and was given side eye by the young staff working. I saw a pink coloured puffer jacket that really stood out to me, and tried on the largest available size (14). It fit, but I felt a bigger size would be better. I was with someone who decided to check out the size on the mannequin to see if it was larger, and a staff member (young girl, brown hair, short) came up to us and said “the mannequins are ALWAYS in a size 6”. okay? So I asked if they carried a larger size, she flat out said no and stared at me. No help or suggestions whatsoever. The person I was with saw a size 16 on another rack and suggested I try it on (all while the staff is standing there saying nothing lol).I try the jacket on and it’s even SMALLER then the other jacket I tried on before in the 14. We turned to the staff and asked if the sizing is consistent, so we could try to find something that would fit me to compare. She said “nope” and sat there eyeing me up. I feel this is an example of plus size shaming and I wouldn’t recommend anyone larger then a medium to come in here to shop. Get better staff who will do more then just stare at you when you are looking to buy something lol

Love the products and shop quite often! Staff are horrible like they are doing you a favour. Had to so an exchange today and the young woman that had to do it was so put out she made it very well known I was putting her out! And on top of it I ended up spending more as I found a couple that items!!! Utterly disappointed!!

decent prices on almost decent product. too much in the store to navigate properly and the size runs are usually missing your size.staff leaves a little to be desired. friendly enough but not helpful

The jackets are of very poor quality. I bought a jacket herehere under 4 weeks ago and found the seems starting to separate. When I brought it in they claim it's not under warranty and that it's a result of tears from improper sizing. Sorry but the stitching came unraveled it wasn't torn. Your jackets are just cheaply made, end of story. Don't ever waste your money in this place

I don't have any personal experience about this place. I wisited this place few times. Their customer service is pretty good.I heard that the quality of the product are also really good. But the main reason why I don't prefer them is because, We will see the same model Mountain Warehouse apparels a thousand times in town, May be because of their quality. But I feels like purchasing a Uniform.This comment is purely personal.
