Remove and replace water heater. Did a wonderful job, fast, clean and complete. Quick to contact and book appointment to do repair. Very happy with the job and price.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs!!! He tried to repair a toilet flange by shoving wire in the existing holes for the screws to grab. The toilet did not seal, with the basement and main floor of the building smelling like sewage. Had to call someone else to perform the repair that was just repaired by John Beirnes Plumbing
