I have been using Frogga materials and consumables since 2011 when I was doing my PhD at UofT. Their products are of great quality and are well priced, supported by excellent customer service. They are currently our preferred vendor for many of the consumables and material used at Specific Biologics.

As a lab manager I was approached by Larry as McMaster rep in 2018. Very polite, calm and professional person. In 2021 we opened Lab Stores on campus and recently I reconnected with FroggaBio and Larry to be our supplier. Great customer support. We bought a cell counter and experienced an issue so that the device was temporarily unusable. As soon as I submitted the problem I was immediately reached and their staff actively help us to solve the problem, through many email exchanges.At the end of the day the device was up and running!
