Customer service is awesome. The knowledge the employees have about the drinks they are selling is very valuable. I think a stamp card or point system for customers that frequent buying drinks would be a great asset. This is my first time at this at this establishment. I am not aware if a card or point system is already in place. I had just forgot to ask.

Favorite bubble tea place! Good prices, excellent drinks, fresh ingredients and just absolutely lovely staff! Nice little place to pick up a drink after shopping!

Idk what I just drank but it was one of the worse Vietnamese Iced Coffees I ever had. They need to review their recipes or train their staff to make proper drinks. I threw my drink out the minute I stepped out the mall.

I decided to try this place since they had a $1 bubble tea promotion. I had to wait a while but I was not disappointed as the drinks were very good (especially the passion fruit kick). Even though I bought the bubble tea during a discount, I would definitely pay full price for them when I visit Kingsway again

I go here at least once a month for the Dirty Joe. My wife and kids get something different almost every time and they have never been unsatisfied.

First time at this location and we had a great experience. We were greeted right away, the service was good and our drinks were ready pretty quick. There are lots of options too! I love the unique flavour combinations. The prices were reasonable and we both LOVED our choices. They were super tasty, the pearls were soft and definitely fresh. Loved the mango sunrise! Can’t wait to try more.

Great place, I didn't really like mango sunrise though, but their avocado smoothie is splendid and their customer service was really nice the first time me and my mom went to go get bubble tea!! We went there 2 times in a week once because they're bubble tea is so good. Lots of different choices, and they are very delicious. Recommended.

Quick little bubble tea stop while you're shopping at Kingsway. I recommend the dirty coconut bubble tea. If you don't want it too sweet order 1/4 sugar. I had 1/2 sugar and it was plenty sweet.

We were there on Thursday afternoon ( March 16, 2023), we hesitated to any drinks because of so many and so many choices that can be mixed. The young girl that was serving us was so awesome. She was patient with us and explained a few drinks to us and recommended the popular drinks. We bought from her recommendation, what an exceptional customer service she provided. We won't have bought anything if it weren't for her explaining the items.
