Mark helped us as soon as we walked into the store. He answered all questions and was very helpful in picking our carpet. He promptly came and did measurements and within a few weeks we had our carpet installed. This has been one of our most positive purchasing experiences. Our sales rep Mark Robertson greeted us and listened to our wants, showed us what we described and didn't try to up sell us. Appreciate that. He came to measure the area when he said he would, provided our quote same day, and the carpet arrived within the week with install happening a few days later. The carpet installer was friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself completely. This will definitely be our go to place when we are ready to complete our basement project. This has been an incredible experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend using this company. The customer service has been exceptional even through Covid. Natasha helped me week after week by providing me with various samples free of charge. She let me take them to my construction site so I could see them in the exact setting. She never made me feel rushed. She always followed up to get my thoughts and sometimes she let me know she sourced some different options. Although I didn't make my final purchase at this store I would have liked to and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Natasha!

Great experience being how difficult it is to renovate when you can't get inside to pick out new finishings for your home. Nicole was very good with us and got us our tiles when we needed them. She was also very helpful choosing alternatives to the tiles that we picked that were unavailable at the time. I will definitely refer friends and family to your store!

Nicole and Mark assisted us with our selection and installation. We were kept informed about dates and times at ever step which, unfortunately is rare these days. We were allowed to take our time with samples at home so that we were satisfied. A very good choice if your are replacing flooring.
