Alwington Communities

This is a great company. The Alwington Property Management Company and it's associates have an amazing customer service. Everything was excellent and of top standard from everyone whom I have dealt with for these past few weeks.

Recently, there was a change in leadership and I have seen several improvements. More communication for one thing. I have seen comments regarding failure to abide by tenancy act...I suspect this person doesn't know that if they are a tenant it's their owner they need to reach out to not the management team. Not only that but the managers do not sit out of the head Office. I find it quite unfair as I have worked closely with different members from the team and they have been professional and knowledgeable. I have no qualms in recommending Alwington Communities

Completely unresponsive. First impressions are terrible. They don't care. Not organized. Do not take responsibility (pass-the-buck types). Not helpful.

1 mowat Christmas day the parking lots,the steps to the main lot and the building entry ways ice covered.Called left message,with no response.Sanding truck did not show up till the next day at 6am.Company certainly does not care about resident safety.

Absolute joke, I don’t even know where to start.I drove all the way there on Friday May 20, 2022 after confirming the property managers office hours are from 9am to 1pm and there was no one there.I have been trying to get in touch with the property manager for weeks and all we heard were excuses from Beenish Haleem through an email that was hidden and took weeks to find. I have visited the property on multiple occasions, they post their office hours 9am to 1pm but no one is ever there.As you can see from the other reviews as well, this is not a one time coincidence, I wasted my time on multiple occasions driving there and back without finding a property manager.We probably made 10 plus phone calls over the past few weeks and left a number of voicemails, not a single one was answered.They are unprofessional crooks who take their monthly cut of a couple of hundred dollars from all tenants and landlords and provide zero customer service in return.Pathetic company.

the company is not responsive or professional. Never in the office - does not respond to phone calls or e-mails, even to make simple changes like changing banking options

Highly irresponsible! Unbelievably unprofessional!Not responsive at all. They couldn’t care less about the clients. Poor service should be their motto!

Terrible condo management, worst ive ever seen. Home owners, do yourself a favor and do not own any properties managed by Alwington.

Had a few service related dealings with Ms. Beenish at the University Studios in Oshawa recently, she was very prompt in getting the required information to me. Really appreciate her quick help. Thank you so much!!!

This management corporation should be embarrassed by the plethora of terrible reviews.It was almost 30 degrees in here over the weekend. They will not turn the master controls on in the rental units. This shoebox has 1 window that opens about 2 inches.It is suppose to get hot again this week. If the air is not switched on I will issue a complaint to the Ontario residential Tenancies Act. This is a violation of my rights as a human being.Shame on you people that work there. I heard a new management company is taking over in June. Good riddance!
