International Orthotic Labs

My podiatrist has ordered my orthotics from this company. The last couple of times he has had to return them at least a couple times for readjustments before they fit well, and then they were finally good. The last time got new ones I wore them for 6 months (after being readjusted once), my feet started really hurting. I did not expect this, as they seemed alright after one readjustment but a little different than my last orthotics. The company will not cover for another readjustment after 3 months, which I do not think is good customer service. My podiatrist has to pay for it. I do not think I will be getting orthotics from this company any more because of this reason. And it seems that there are too many readjustments before they can get the fit right.
