I was very impressed with my appt.with Jeff yesterday ,as he was very polite and professional as well as very knowledgeable. I was also impressed that being on a power wheelchair the experience was much easier than other establishment 's as I did not have to transfer from wheelchair for hearing test. I highly recommend Jeff at Connect Hearing as I have had hearing aids for over 30 years and this is the first time I was treated with kindness ,empathy and the level of professionalism that was given by Jeff. Thanks again Jeff.

Book a appointment 3 weeks ago for a person who is handicap and has been waiting for a hip replacement for almost a year. When we show up to the appointment they the rude receptionist cancel the apt with the excuse that the person who do the testing was coming late and will have not time see him.I am very sad to see this happening, it was very simple to make a phone call and cancel the appointment.

Excellent fast and professional service. Good soundproof room set up for a hearing test. Hearing doctor/ technician was very friendly. Was able to get a appointment without a long wait.
