As a brand new Landlord I was looking for an one-size-fits-all approach to some sort of app that would simplify my life as a new Landlord. They are also right there, available and ready to answer any questions and get your input as to how they can improve what they offer. So thankful to have found Tenantcube.

I started using Tenantcube about 6 months ago and would highly recommend to a landlord of any size! The pricing structure caters very well to how many units you operate so it is feasible for the small/mid size landlords alike the large ones too!Their platform is very simple and easy to use, and it also includes a number of features that simplify the process such as internal credit checks, applications, renters insurance links, etc.The automated payment feature is another very desirable aspect of this platform, it takes the guess work out of who has or has not paid and ensures everything ends up in your bank and is tracked as well.Finally, the most important part is the support that Tenant Cube offers. Their support chat on the website is always staffed and ready to help, and they mitigate problems within 1-3 hours no matter the time or day.Would strongly recommend to any landlord to make your life easier!

The Rent Guarantee program that Tenantcube provides was a Godsend for us. As a couple that have a few rental properties in Ontario, we were stressed out after hearing horror stories about tenants staying and refusing to pay rent, knowing that it would take a least 9 months to get a hearing in fron of the Review Board. Since Canada is either in a recession or heading for one, we were concerned that one or more of our well-meaning tenants could be laid off down the road.Guaranteeing 12 months or $60,000, which is what Tenantcube's Rent Guarantee program provides, gives us piece of mind. If, in a worst case scenario, there is the need for an eviction, the program also offers up to $1500 to defray the cost.What sold us on the program was the hands on customer service. Darren has been great in ensuring we understood the ins and outs of the program.No landlord wants to see their cash flow decreased, but the Tenantcube Rent Guarantee program fills a crucial gap for us and will allow us to sleep nights.

Tenantcube is a fantastic software platform if you are looking for a solid and sophisticated (and fast!) property management software solution for your rental properties. Since I prefer to self-manage my properties, I've been looking for a software solution for several years but wasn't able to find anything that worked for my operations. I'm very excited to have found Tenantcube and I can't wait for some of the game changing upgrades and features that are in the pipeline.

Tenant cube has made managing my rentals a million times easier - all while making it at a fair price. You can create leases, screen applicants, and anything you need as a landlord to keep track of your assets. They are very receptive to feedback and are always adding new features. I've been using Tenantcube for a few months from free version to now a paid user. Darren and team is super responsive when I came across question or issue with the platform. The Tenantcube platform and app is very easy to use; the online submission, verification and Credit Report process can surely help to identify qualify tenant for a small landlord like me.

Oh joy, another glowing review for TenantCube! I mean, if you’re into terrible customer service and incompetent products, then by all means, go ahead and sign up for their rent guarantee. But if you’re a sane person who values your time and money, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.
