This store has been my go to place. Since the workers changed, I had few problems. I'd been refused to enter the store few times by a lady now because they were about to close. I came 10minutes before the store closing (April 16). She mentioned through the buzzer that she can't let me in. And right after 2minutes she came out the store and started smoking. Please serve your costumer up to closing time.

I love this place, it has a great variety of flowers and the people who serve you are great.

Love this store, the staff are so friendly and wonderful. However I do not agree with the policy put in place by new management. Whereby we have to stand behind the rope for them to check our ID before we can enter the store. It’s illogical and creates a line up for no reason. Don’t get me wrong, if you need to check ID by all means have someone like security at the door checking ID. But don’t have only two people working and making one person run back and forth serving customers and checking ID. It’s ridiculous. This is the only store that I know that does this and honestly because of this it deters me from entering. Which is a shame because the staff are so nice and helpful. There needs to be a better system in place, like having someone just at the door checking ID , or check the ID at checkout before they purchase the product. This system is nonsensical and just creates unnecessary stress on the workers and irritates the customers all the while creating line ups that could be easily avoided. It’s terrible that the employees get penalized by management and yelled at by customers for a nonsensical protocol, when they are just trying to serve customers as best they can.

Never had a bad experience until today. Very poor /rude customer service by a tall white guy with goatee. I walked in he was on the phone. I was waiting infront of him to get my online orde that was already paid for and teady for pick up . He gets off the phone - does not greet me and continues to cash out a customer who came to the line after me. I had to speak up to be served like they didn't see me in the store. Will never be back.

Great prices and services. Love the kiosk customers can use to narrow down their search to help find exactly what their looking for. Love the member discounts on everything.

these guys sell me a cart that doesnt work and wont exchange. punks. never going here again.EDIT**I actually spoke with the assistant manager Lidell and was denied. He told me their is nothing that can be done in store and I must reach out to the manufacturer. Absolutely no customer service. Why not exchange for me? Why not reach out the the manufacturer on my behalf? Instead, ZERO customer service, and zero regard for their customers. Will never recommend. Will never visit again! STAY AWAY...too many dispensaries to be taken advantage of from this store.
