Newer roof, doors windows, furnaces garage doors. Newer bathrooms and new kitchens carpets and flooring. Rent is under 1000 for a 3 bedroom which is amazing. Trees on every lawn. Great parks and schools locally. Lots of kids. Great neighbourhood.

No matter how many times you call, leave messages, or visit the office, no one will answer you. Been waiting to hear back for about 2 years now. Gave them all the info they needed and they couldn't even give me a call back to let me know whether my application has been accepted or not, even though they made it seem like it was. It seems like they just want the application fee and then ghost you.
