I met with Sales Representative Doug Burakoff early last week to look at a 2023 Nissan Z that I found on the website. Doug was able to get me in right away to look at the car and provided valuable insight and advice! He treated myself respectfully and made sure I had all of the information necessary to make my decision. After some deliberation I decided to go through with the purchase and the process was a breeze. Everything I needed was done efficiently and I was able to pick up my new car by the end of the week! I would highly recommend Nissan South London if you are looking for a place to buy a new car.

I was looking for a used car for a while and couldn’t find what I want and I ended up coming to Nissan to have a look at their used inventory and I was dealing with Doug Burakoff & Hoda Mahdi. Both of them are great at what they do, making customers job easy.Doug was able to understand what I want and guided me through their inventory, I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles, however I ended up loving the first car he showed me. He helped me through the whole process of getting the car and by keeping me posted about what’s happening and made the delivery a hassle free experience. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service and helped me with my purchase. I look forward to do more business with them in the future and if anyone is looking to buy a new whip… he is your guy.

I picked up my new Qashqai today. Mariah was an absolute delight. She was always quick to respond to my questions, and incredibly accommodating to make sure I was taken care of.She also has a great sense of humour and is super personable. Such an important quality when you work in sales.From start to finish the process took maybe a month, which is amazing for a new car right now.Paul the finance manager was great as well. He helped ensure my payment stayed at a comfortable level, while ensuring I had the extra coverage I felt I needed.I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car.

Since I’ve purchased my vehicle here I have had nothing but problems. I understand that used vehicles can come with issues, but I expected better customer service and communication. The car is under warranty which includes free oil changes but upon bringing my vehicle in I was given a $180 bill. I saw the salesman who sold me the car at that time and asked him about it along with other issues I’ve been having, to which he responded with attitude by saying “he didn’t make the car” and told me I had to pay the bill. The vehicle continues to give me problems and I am not satisfied with my purchase or experience with South London Nissan. As an individual who has only lived in Canada for four years, I feel like I was taken advantage of and disrespected. I do not recommend giving your business to South London Nissan.

In June 2023 I purchased a previously owned vehicle from South London Infiniti Nissan.  Happy to report that it has been a good vehicle so far.  It has performed well, and been reliable in the short time that I have owned it. The vehicle has met my expectations.  No complaints there.  Hopefully it will remain that way for some time as vehicles do fail sooner or later.   Very aware that all vehicles will eventually fail as they are mechanical & electronic machines. And sometimes (often?) this is beyond a dealership's reasonable control. However, what is totally within the dealership's control is its level and commitment of personal service to the paying customer. 110% control.  And sadly, this is where South London Infiniti Nissan has dropped the ball, in my experience. On their website repeatedly (a.k.a. NOT just one random occasion) while I was shopping their dealership was a 'pop-up' form offering a $250 credit that could be applied toward the purchase of a vehicle.  It asked for my contact info, --which I filled out several times over the period of a week or so to two different email addresses.  I was not receiving any sort of confirmation of receipt of my registering for the discount.  Meanwhile I was in discussions /negotiations with a Sales Rep (Neil) for a new vehicle.  When we started to get close on a deal, (nothing signed, but a deposit to hold the car for a day) I drove to South Ldn Nissan to ask about the $250. incentive in person, and, to take a second look at the vehicle before signing on the dotted line. My Rep was not working that day. So I asked Reception if I could speak with someone else about the discount like the Sales Manager (Amin Nabhani) who had been texting and emailing me throughout the negotiation, (sidenote: I replied each occasion I received a note from him, but he never once responded to my requests for a discussion.) --the Receptionist was terrific, very friendly and cheerfully told me Amin the Sales Mgr. was on vacation.  She got me someone I could speak with. Another Rep presumably.   When asked, I was told that I would not receive confirmation of having filled out their form, and, that I can ask for the $250 discount when negotiating the deal.  After a few attempts to see the car again, they agreed to show it to me. So when the paperwork was being presented to me to sign a few days later, I was told 'No, that deal has expired and is no longer valid.'  But there were no terms & conditions offered on the form, or anywhere on their website either, --I had checked and screenshot it all on my PC and phone. I am a reasonable guy" I said.  Instead of a discount on the car

Watch out. Service Advisors at dealerships often are payed in commissions. I told my mother to go in to get the battery pack tested as warranty was expiring on the electric Nissan Leaf. This would cost under $200. Previously, before passing, my father was always on top of keeping it serviced, just not there. He got new brakes for the Leaf about a year before at Honda service. (Electric car brakes last way longer than other cars by the way) The car is mint. Nissan service scared my mother into over $1800 of things including all new brakes and rotors. I went in and cleared the air with the advisor who held her ground by saying she agreed to all of it. She was taken advantage of! It took the sales manager to realize this was ridiculous and he took about half of it off the bill. Thank you sales manager. It’s not like they were going to see much of us anyways as electric cars barely need service. I love my Tesla!Side note: without asking, they changed my mom’s license plate holder from Kitchener Nissan, where we purchased the Leaf, to a plate holder with their advertising on it. Lol kinda low.

I'm glad and satisfied with the experience of buying my first car from South London Nissan with the help and support of salesperson Doug Burakoff (Team member of Sales & Leasing). He impressively supported me; this guy attended the office the next day only to ease my buying experience on the day of his brother's wedding when he was actually on his day off, as I couldn't decide to buy the car on my first visit. I informed him late evening about my decision. I truly appreciate his efforts. Aftersales' experience with Doug was satisfactory, too, as he called and texted to know about my experience and the car's condition. During one of his calls, I also learned about an item that was provided with the vehicle, but I didn't realize it earlier, haha.I am also grateful to the Finance team, especially Paul Hamulecki (Team member of Finance Managers), who tried his best to approve our finance application; I bothered him so much by giving calls and many emails to get the updates, haha.I planned to give this review after driving the car (2019 HONDA CR-V LX) for at least 500 km and two weeks. This allows me to experience the car's performance, fuel efficiency, and overall driving experience.As this was my first time driving without my driving instructor (haha), and I had to drive the car home during the rain, I was so excited and tense too, which was reflected on my face in the picture :p. The photograph was taken by the person who helped me choose the right car for my family and me. I can't thank you enough, brother M.
