The company has great customer service. I hired them to find the tenant for my apartment unit. They found the tenant in the reasonable time. The best services for me is that they communicate to the tenant effectively. My unit was available on Mar. 15, 2020. Normally, the tenant were looking for the place for May 1st because they need to give their current landlord one month notice. They discussed with the tenant and arranged them to move into my unit on April 15th. Also, they arranged the tenant to pay the rent directly to me. This avoided a late payment for the rent. I am satisfied with this and is willing to recommend to my friends.
