They keep calling me from all sorts of non 1-800 numbers which is fishy considering that they state I have an outstanding collections with Rogers and when I called Rogers they say I never had an account with them.Spaaaam and Block all CBV numbers.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Due to a clerical error, Telus had an outstanding amount owed to them with no way to contact me. Once CBV contacted me about it 10 years later, I tried to explain to them that there is zero balance and they were rude and hung up on me. Multiple times. I contacted Telus, they were professional and apologetic that this happened and cleared it up for me immediately. CBV is an embarrassment.

More or less thugs operating under a corporate name. Has received several threats promising harm to my person if I do not pay off another person's debt. Spoken to many agents where they claim they take my number off their list, to continue getting calls later.This is on top of calls that come in with so much static and noise your ear bleeds. Usually when they make the dire threats. This happens from their Sudbury office most commonly, or the phone number spoofed to be from the Sudbury area code.

I had paid out my debt to CBV and the lender that I used in November of 2021, it is now nine months later and I still have this debt effecting my credit report. I do no owe money to CBV or the lender and they still won’t take this of my credit report. They are probably the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever spoke with, they expect me to go trace money down that they are after. It is CBV’s job to collect money from the lender not mine

They keep messaging and calling on my phone for no reason. When i asked for a reason the representative became aggressive & rude without any proper explanation. These sort of companies should be out of business.

Worst to deal with, they don’t even know who they need to collect from and I’ve told them tons of times who to collect from but they end up still coming after the wrong person. Absolutely incompetent and annoying.

called me about an account 5 years out of date and resolved, numerous calls after hours legally allowed over the past month, anger management needed for reps, reps are braindead and cant complete basic tasks, played the hold game for 2 hours. what a joke of a company. To the owner, throw in the towel, wave the white flag, your company is useless.

this company is something else. They call my # everyday and dont say anything when I say 'Hello so i had to google the # to find out its this collection agency. I was confused why they were calling me as I have nothing outstanding or late. I even looked on my credit report and nothing is listed there either. It would be nice if they said something when I answered"
