I needed a blood test that was not covered. As authority figures you would think they were aware of the new policies, obviously not. zIts not like I was doing for a tone of money. I needed 35$ for a cancer test that they would not provide. So what help are they really doing, probably in all honesty, nothing.Why? Cause to them we don't matter,but if it was a different class of person,well maybe they would b different! But out of all areas, I have lived in Northernberland is the worst, worst place to live!

Service was ok. Had to wait 20 minutes to give paperwork to one of the agents., meanwhile the receptionist could of just taken the papers and hand them to an agent.

OW, in my opinion is for people who got laid off fired, and pick themselves up and look for another job, I do not know how they live with minimum money.... it's wayyy better than nothing... I don't agree with people just being on it cause their lazy, and I mean lazy not depressed or hurt. Just so they can collect money .....
