The service department is lacking in many areas including better open hours. Service doesn’t respond and takes quite long to just quote a vehicle then proceeds to fail to recognize problems and does not tell you of their intentions for repair. I cannot speak for the sales side.

I've had 6 Fords and all through Fraser. Service is top notch at the Cobourg location. Oshawa has excellent service as well but the smaller towns offer that quick service and very personal touch. If your looking come by the service department and stop by. You will NOT be disappointed. Tell them Dean sent ya!

Had a fantastic experience here. I changed my mind probably a dozen times resulting in almost daily calls to Greg (sorry Greg) but he helped me effectively every time and adjusted my order accordingly as I had intentions of ordering a brand new F150. I ended up getting into a car accident and writing my car off resulting in me needing a new vehicle sooner than planned. I called Greg and he had me come in the same day to see the trucks they had on the lot, explained the pros and cons to all of them and helped me decide on one of the 2022 F150s they had on the lot that was almost identical to what I had previously ordered anyway. Justin made financing an absolute breeze and answered all questions and concerns I had completely above and beyond what was expected. They told me my truck would be ready the following week but I mentioned that I was going camping that weekend and they made it happen sooner, everything was done and ready to go the morning of our camping trip and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the truck and with the service I received here! Thanks Fraser Ford Cobourg, I will definitely purchase here again!

Latest experience had slow leak in tire. Told not fixable and recommend" 2 tiresTook to Joe's tires and he fixed it!Fraser ford will not take accountability for anything.Told me my rotors were no good when putting on winter tires. Took to another place or spring tires. Rotors are fine.Bought extended warranty for paint chips etc. Paint peeling all around windshield. Not there problem.My friend has same car same year same color. Same thing happened to hers in same area.Never again will I buy ford!"

I just had one of the best experiences ever in a dealership. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!Too long a story to put here, but let's say this, a combination of Kimberly Fin, Brent Johnson and Carmen (reception) just made my day after a series of unfortunate events.I also made a connection with Justin O'Dette at the Coburg store and man, I have never felt so welcome and accommodated.As a Google guide with many many experiences in car dealerships, I HIGHLY recommend the Fraser family of employees and the owners too, I have never heard so many employees singing the praises of the upper management as in these stores. It's a rarity.Bravo Fraser gang, I wish I lived closer so I could experience more of this positivity and enthusiasm for your industry and impeccable customer service.Well done, keep it up!!!

These guys really went above and beyond when I called after having a flashing engine light. They looked at the vehicle pretty quickly and the next day it was fixed. Got a free shuttle to the train station too. They were super accommodating when I had to leave the vehicle for a couple of extra days after it was repaired. This is about the best service I've ever received... highly recommended

My wife and I just purchased a Bronco from Fraser Ford yesterday. Our salesman was Iain, Justin helped with financing. To be honest, I find car dealerships to be a bit shady but these guys were beyond fair and easy to work with. We highly recommend this dealership and more specifically these guys.

Beware. I took my Ford vehicle for repairs and was very unsatisfied with the experience. My Ford survey after the service reflected the less than satisfactory experience. When Fraser Ford saw the review they offered to correct the issue(I honestly do not remember what it was) if I would go back and change the review to 5 stars. I agreed. By the time they corrected the issue I was no longer able to alter the Ford review. I thought nothing of it until today when I was told by a mechanic(not from the dealership) that I had a computer issue and that I should take my vehicle to the dealer. I tried to set up an appointment with the dealership but received a call back and a voice message on my phone that there is a note on the account(from the owner) that due to a negative review I made they would no longer service my vehicle".Now having heard that
