Lots of interesting selection. I just stopped in for a snack after a long workday. I was happy to discover all kinds of healthy options, not junk food.

Nice selection of frozen meats and frozen dinner items. All local and the staff is very nice too. There is delicious cookies and pies also.

Lots of delicious fresh frozen items and fresh produce. Sadly only a few GF items available in the freezer though I did find some GF lamb sausages.

My friend told me about this hidden gem in my neighbourhood. Visit first time today and I find they have very fresh and good quality of vegetables and fruits. Parking spot is also very big. And also have good quality of freezer food.

Just found this place a few weeks ago and I am in love!! Excellent supply of frozen food… including local berries year round! Amazing apple cinnamon pie turnovers. So good!! Produce was reasonably priced and so fresh! I can’t wait to try the big frozen bag of scallops and bacon. And so many different proteins! Great stop on the way home from work to make a quick meal for dinner!!!

Selling breads, fruits, veggies, over ready meat pies, lasagna nuggets & Meats like wings (cooked/uncooked), sliders, steaks, hamburgers, chicken, etc. Can buy individual or in bulk. Prices are good. Super clean store and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was our first time here. Nice atmosphere and lots to see & purchase. Friendly staff and extremely polite service. Will definitely be back. Glad I finally found my frozen Deep fried pickles. You must make it a point to come to explore this place.

So impressed with the customer service here! The store is lovely and has well priced, quality items. The staff seem to really try to be helpful and offer to help before you even ask . We were looking at the product list on the wall, and a staff member came up and offered a printed list of the products they carry . Another staff member saw we were ready to buy and immediately came to the counter to ring us up. You just don’t get that level of service in many places anymore. Friendly and eager to help. Will definitely shop here more often !
