Calls me 4-5 times daily for a person that isn't associated with my phone number. How are their records so screwed up that they have someone ELSE'S cell number?

This company called me saying I owed money for something that was over 10 years old. An account that was paid. I asked them to prove that I owe the money. The woman started yelling and being rude. She told me to watch what happens to my credit rating now and then hung up on me. I've never seen anything like this.

This company is shameful. They said I had a debt, wanted my personal info but would not give me any info on what the debt was. They offered to email me info so I set up an email account just for this. Turned out the debt did not exist….checked my credit with both equivalent and trans union…nothing. They continue to call me and cannot give me any answers as to why this debt does not exist. Never give these people money. I’m appalled that they are a Toronto based company that has had no repercussions for scamming people. They also are known to attempt to retrieve debt they had written off years before ( unrecoverable debt ), which means their insurance has paid out, to them, on the debt. Never give these people money.

Woae I was talking with Kelly and best customer service ever I'm very happy with the agreement we made to pay my debt. And she was very kind

They started calling my landline number out of nowhere asking for my father's will my father had nothing to do with this company and everything that I could take care of has been taken care of. However the woman on the phone was non-stop persistent that I have to provide them with his will in order to prove I am who I say I am. meanwhile where the hell did they get my number? Non of my numbers where on any of my father's papers or tied to any of his accounts.

DO NOT PAY- FAKE company. I found out from the bank. I am so glad today I went into the bank to make my “payment” as the company is fraud and fake!!! When I asked the company to send me proof of owing a payment they did but it was all false and apparently from 2007, If they send you something it is FAKE.I so much appreciate the wonderful staff from RBC.- I just want to add to this review as since finding out this company is fake they are now sending me letters in the mail. They don’t put anything on the front of the envelope though….

On my time off I just call their number for fun to annoy them like they annoy everyone. I owe nothing never have but they say i do . I am relentless in calling so they block my number. I'll start this all again when they call from a different number. Gives me some joy lol

They have 0 documentation on anything. No proof or signed documentation. Hell even the company I contacted said I had nothing outstanding. This is a false flag company the government should be looking into as what they are peddling is false information. I’d even call this a full scan site that somehow managed to weed there way in.

Absolutely rude man on the phone. Harassing my almost 80-year-old grandmother who Suffers from dementia. Raising his voice to my grandmother on the phone. Unable to comprehend that we have filed for bankruptcy, and chooses to act as such. I have control over who calls my number I don’t care how many phone numbers you have to call me. You will not harass a single family member of mine. Do you have understanding of that?
