The staff was friendly, and its a really unique store. However everything was ridiculously over priced. Things easily found cheap online were 20+ dollars higher at this store. I saw an item I got online for $2 priced at $21. I reccomend looking for what you want online before going here.

I visited your store today to browse saw nothing that piqued my interest and left. I was followed down the street by an employee and to my astonishment she accused me of stealing a button. I was asked to turn out my pockets to which I complied with. The employee found nothing and she told me the manager does not want me to return back to her establishment. Thank you for the unique customer experience.

This is so sad to say, but cosplay FTW has closed down. I went there today only to see everything gone, I dont know if they are fixing things or not but as of now there is no cosplay ftw anymore :(( this store was very amazing and the employees were very sweet. I loved the KPOP and anime, and I'm unsure if they will return but as of now it's no longer there.

Friendly helpful staff. They have a nice selection of different anime, KPop & cosplay. They can also order in anything you are looking for. Great store, worth the drive to get there

The staff are very kind and welcoming, they are very helpful and are knowledgeable about their products. They were willing to take the tax off of the subtotal, and also threw in 2 extra postcards when I was purchasing some K-Pop merchandise. Although they have a small cozy shop, their range of items was quite large and I luckily found everything I was looking for. I definitely recommend this shop!

EDIT: never mind, the blind boxes were all fakes too :) 60$ spent on fake figures...They have a good selection of anime products and i especially love buying blind boxes from cosplay FTW but i wouldn't exactly buy any figures from here. Two love live figures that I was looking at were fakes, one was an obvious fake because of the box but the other was harder to tell. I was so close to buying a fake nendoroid so I wouldn't recommend buying figures from here, everything else seems fine though.

Great, up-to-date selection on anime, kpop, and comics. The staff is very friendly and knowledge and I especially love how they carry both collectors' grade products, and fan merch. Such a unique, awesome shop!

I love this place! The staff members are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Their new space is impressive and well utilized. They have so many more products displayed then in the past. Over all atmosphere is very friendly and helpful!

I had a pleasant experience here. There was a very nice, wide spread selection of Kpop merchandise. There is honestly so much stuff to look at. But, I held back from buying certain items just because I wasn’t sure if they were official. Overall, I had a very good experience at this store, the staff were very nice and welcoming , there are endless amounts of merchandise, and I would definitely come back to this store to purchase more Kpop stuff! <3
