Called them two separate times for small chips in my windshield. The second time it happened they got me in within 30 minutes of me calling. Whole thing was done within 15 minutes and I got to have a friendly chat with the woman at the front desk.Both experiences were great!

So I called them for a windshield replacement job. The owner was a lady and after she collected my information including my name, she started to be rude (racial profiling). After she knew that the job will be through the insurance she hangs up the phone abruptly in the middle of the conversation. What a shameful business! If there is a zero review I wouldn’t hesitate to give them that zero. I guess it’s my fault that I didn’t consider the previous bad reviews over here and I didn’t consider the advice from my friends to go to other glass shops. Just stay away!

If there was a choice of 0 star, that’s what I would give Telstar auto glass. First day I went to see him he was busy and asked if I could go at 4. I couldn’t do I booked a next day morning appointment. Drive all the way there the next day but he told me he had to do repairs in his own vehicle so he couldn’t take me. I decided to go to this place originally because of the reviews. I thought people should know that he wasn’t very nice to me. I need my vehicle because it’s handicap equipped. All I needed was a repair to a small chip in my windshield. Would never recommend this place

I’m just looking at the “star” in my windshield that these guys repaired on my truck this past fall (maybe in September or October?) and thinking what a good job they did. Close to my house and (I think) under $50. This is about the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used Telstar. I’ll go back.
