TL:DR - These guys are fantastic !Long Story:We had a tire burst on the night before the snow storm. I tried to change the tire myself but it was really cold and my cellphone torchlight just didn't cut it. Moreover, holding the phone (for light) in one hand while operating the jack, just didn't seem right.We had found out that our credit card car rental insurance does not cover roadside assistance in such matters and we had no other option but to find an independent towing service.I am glad we called Brant-County Towing. They came as soon as possible and then the gentleman found that my car was sitting too low for his jack. Before leaving, he called another person to assist us and confirmed that he has the right jack.The second person showed up soon and was also a thorough professional. He took charge of the situation as soon as he landed and gave us confidence (seemed like he realized that some sort of shock was setting in). He had the right sized jack and it worked this time. It took no more than five minutes and we were on our way. He also didn't try to price gouge us and charged us a very nominal fee.Overall, no one wants to go through incidents like these but it could have been much worse, had it not been for the professionals from Brant-County Towing. Thank you guys !

GOOD EVENING!!I am just returning home after a very eventful trip I had to Hamilton today.I wanted to take a moment and thank you and your two drivers for their amazing assistance today (March 27th 2023), when I had a rear passenger tire explode on the 403 just before Wayne Gretzky.Both drivers were very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and were of great assistance in helping me find a local tire company in Cainsville to quickly replace my tire and get me back on the road.I didn’t get either of their names…… but I’m sure you will have record of who they are.Please tell them I appreciate everything they did for me today!!!UPDATE: My drivers name were Dave and Carl!!!!!

My car failed on the 402 on the way back home. They arrived at the correct time, and towed my car nicely. Carl the tow operator has good work ethic, and is friendly. It will be great to have the service from here.Thanks again Carl

Quick and clean if you want the job done right And respectfully. Who can understand your situation And can understand your car. I've had my 1991 firebird towed by them. I specifically ask for this company And they never let me down. Troy and the team are humans like us! And they understand.. and will be there for you in a quickly but safely timed matter.

I wanted to thank Brant County Towing and especially the gentleman if I remember his name Carl if I'm correct. I had and this gentleman was laughing with me and joking. He explained what he was doing. I rate Brant County Towing 5 stars I will be defiantly be using there service again thank you so much.

Absolutely the best service ever. Broke down in myhusband's truck when I went across the border shopping. Just made is back to Ontario when it died. They took care of everything for me. Professional, quick to come and save me definitely will recommend them

They answered the phone on a Saturday morning when an elderly lady broke down. Took almost an hour to arrive, but got the lady and her safely home.
