Accel Dental

The experience at Accel Dental was wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and wasn't making me feel like a Bank machine. They cared about how I felt and what needed to be done with my teeth.I recommend this place to everyone.Thank you once again !!

This dental office was willing to change my preferred name on their records and refer to me as such. Very clean and professional office. Dentist & Dental Hygenists were all very kind, willing to answer questions, explain what they were doing, and extremely considerate re: your comfort.

My wife went for their consultation and to take an xray, its been a week and my tongue is red sore and very painful from how hard they pressed when they put in the x-ray mount guard. She had told them clearly you are pressing to hard and its very painful & was even tearing but the lady didn't care. If they can't take a simple xray image without leaving bruise marks how can they do anything else in dentistry. The dentist was pretty dismissive as well and in a hurry to get the checkup done.

The receptionist is very disrespectful, I asked her no to call me by my first name (I'm 63) and she said that I'm not her boss". I don't know if she ever took a customer service training or maybe she forgot how to talk to mature people. So bad experience!!!."

Recently went back for the 2nd time and this is easily the best dental office I've been to in my adult life. Dr. Arun is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things without being condescending. Very flexible scheduling, and the hygienist and assistant were personable and thorough!Highly Highly recommended!!

One thing I found very strange is the light in the room where u get your teeth cleaned is very low. U can’t really see how r your teeth cleaned. But other office where they get your teeth examined and do things like fillings that room light is very strong and u can see your teeth very well all the way in your mouth. HmmThe only thing I can think of they maybe don’t want people to see if the hygienist has missed a spot or few teeth.I do not want to get my teeth cleaned there anymore because it looks shady having the very dull light for hygienist room.Other then that I have no complaints. Dentists and staff at the front are very very nice and professional.Fix the light in the room of teeth cleaning and you’ll get 5 stars from me.

Went here because my bridge came off, another clinic wanted to charge me $4000 for a new bridge. The dentist here fixed my current bridge somehow for practically nothing. Been a month now and it’s been great.. Def recommend this place, they are honest and hardworking people!

I recently had my first appointment at Accel Dental. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Sharma. I found him to be a very knowledgeable, caring and empathetic dentist. Throughout the consultation, he was fully present and truly interested in finding the right solution for my problem.The staff were all very welcoming and professional. The layout of the clinic is attractive and well planned. I found it to be both an efficient and caring environment.My dentist for 30 +years recently retired. I am delighted to have found Accel Dental. I am confident that Dr Sharma, his partners and staff will meet all my current and future dental needs.

Highly recommended place. Very professional and customer focused. We have been visiting them for the last 5 years and never switched. We have to travel from Vaughan to Ajax but its worth it. Dr. Sharma is excellent. My kids are very well protected. The manager Mr. Fahd Amin always goes above and beyond to help and accommodate.

Used this dentist for a couple of years and never had an issue until The dentist tried to fix my teeth and it looked terrible, he then proceeded to go back and forth telling me different information and ultimately wanting me to sign a legal document relieving him of all obligations and no responsibility if the crown goes wrong. I’d highly recommend staying away from this dentist, they are extremely shady.
