Very helpful staff. Every time I come here they always ask if I need help with something, and they're willing to help think of good ideas for projects you are working on. Help find items in store and order in items for you, including custom orders for items not stocked in store. Always a pleasant experience. The cat walking around and popcorn machine are a good bonus

My wife and I went to the hardware store today to purchase an adaptor for our solar lights. We went to the customer service area and Evan asked if he could help us. We explained the problem to him and he provided a solution that exceeded our expectations. He removed the adaptor from our existing solar lights and reattached the adapter to the new lights. I want to commend Evan for using his insight to discover the solution and his ability to complete the job. Evan provided an outstanding level of customer service beyond our expectations. We are extremely grateful Evan’s tenacity provided a solution that made the reattachment of the solar lights a simple job.

I've had overall good experiences here. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a pretty good selection and prices are typically quite reasonable. I'm very happy with the quality of their paint in particular. Especially for a small town store they are quite good. If they don't have it they are always happy to order in it for you.

This is a great place to shop! The people are very friendly and really know their stuff. Prices are reasonable and they stock a large selection of the kinds of things you seem to need on a regular basis. Recommended.

If i could give a zero stars i would . I just forgot to out a mask on, honest mistake, and I had some old man come up and yell and berate me. Yank product out of my hand and threw it on the shelf. Told me to get out of the store. Infront of other patrons and employees. Ive never been so embarassed. I am a contractor and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store. Last time i shop here.
