Rip off and rude owner. Don't even bother trying it out.The so called Supervisor/Owner yells at staff in front of customers; and is very inappropriate to customers as well. The portion and price of the food depends on his mood of the day.Very over-priced food for the low quality it is considering the temperament of the Manager/Owner of the day.Pumpernickel needs to set some standards and look into this location.Don't make the mistake by patronizing this business.

The manager or supervisor at this location is incredibly rude. My friend and I ordered the same order, and mine was half the portion although I paid for the same order. When I approached the manager he just stared at me blankly, and made no apologies. I basically had to coerce him to give me the same amount of food as my friend. I often hear him speaking to his staff in a degrading manner and I feel embarrassed for them, so I'm certain they are humiliated. There is no excuse for this type of behaviour coming from a senior staff at a place that serves the public.

Great food and healthy options but they havrnyh figured out breakfast yet. Half the time they run out of bagels or other items which is disappointing.

No rye bread for smoked meat sandwich?!! Not the Pumpernickels I’m used to downtown. Try elsewhere.
