My favourite Swiss chalet location! The best servers by far. They make the experience much more enjoyable. The food taste like every other Swiss chalet but you have to go to this exact location for the service.The ice cream on the chicken sandwich is a must try. Sounds weird I know, but the flavours come together nicely

Came here for takeout and they were pretty busy with food delivery orders and such. Note they have a separate entrance for take out vs dine in which was a little confusing. We used a two can dine coupon which was pretty worth it, but I might not come here for regular price. The chicken was tender and great but the gravy was way too salty, I had to drown it out with fries/coleslaw every other bite. The spring rolls were just average too, but the coconut pie was excellent.

Great service! Our server, Sam, was very attentive. We received our food quite quickly too, which was great. Unfortunately, my friend ordered a salad, but they said they didn’t have any- that was disappointing for her. We both ordered the festive meal and found the portions to be a lot smaller than before. Other than that, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. I recommend!

Visited today, with my mom and my youngest, for the special occasion.Mary was very kind and professional, made our lunch time very enjoyable. Moreover, we received a deal; on Wednesdays, buy 1 adult meal and 1 kids meal is free of charge at this location.(idk how long this promotion lasts) It was a nice surprise.Thank you Mary, I admire/appreciate people like you!

I’ve frankly been to many Swiss Chalets in my life, or restaurants for that matter. This one, owned by John and served by Zorhan, tops them all. The service was fast, and the server was patient and kind, despite us having a huge group, and many kids. Speaking of kids, John really knows how to keep our kids entertained and occupied while the adults placed their orders! Everything was done not just impeccably but above and beyond our expectations. Even the food, which I previously assumed would taste the same in every franchise, was better and fresher here surprisingly. Thank you so much for a great experience, adults and children alike. We will most definitely be back!

Disappointed to learn that Swiss chalet uses pre packaged food .Restaurant prices come with fresh food not this garbage pre packed food to make things easier on your cookIt’s your job to cook and put a wrap together on site not a factory

We decided to dine in here out of the blue as my daughter was so hungry. I really want to mention about the server Mary she was so respectful , polite , caring and fast. Amazing customer service , delicious food. We will be back again for sure.

Very good overall. I went for lunch, and I was only one of two tables. I ordered dark meat quarter chicken with a chicken soup and a lemon meringue pie. The chicken was a tad under and when I pointed it out the women offered to bring me another portion. Other than that very tasty from beginning to end, a good meal to enjoy.
