Dr. Chedella is the absolute best! I can not say enough good about him. His care and attention to my case was truly amazing. He followed up personally with me daily through text or an actual phone call after my procedure. I hold this man in the highest regard. A fantastic addition to his field! Wow!

I’m not one who leaves a lot of reviews, but every now and then I feel compelled to leave one when I receive either exemplary service or terrible service. With Dr Chedella, I am pleased to say it was fantastic service. He’s a very knowledgeable professional who really knows how to communicate with his patients. Every step of the way during my procedure, he was explaining what he was doing and how things were progressing. At one point I asked how long it would take, and he jokingly told me it was not a race. It would take as long as it takes for it to be done properly. I was comforted by those words and throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr Chedella and can’t imagine there is anyone better than him at what he does.

This office lost my referral from dentist, was unable to print out the receipt on a insurance acceptable form until I had requested it twice, didn't note that I required a second appointment after the initial assessment, sent my molds incompletely to the manufacturer, didn't document taking the molds so didn't realize they had gone awry and took over 8 months to provide me with an expensive night splint. If I hadn't made multiple phone calls and enquiries, I'm sure I would still be waiting.
