Every time I go into their showroom I'm greeted with a smile. I just bought my motorcycle from them and had a great experience! As a petite woman buying a motorcycle in 2023, it's not always easy finding a bike that fits, or a bike shop that will talk to ME (and not my male friend). Not a problem at McKee's. I found the bike I was looking for at great price and they focused on me. Couldn't be happier!

Myra and everyone at McKee made my new bike purchase so quick and easy. This was our first visit to them; we were referred by a friend, and they did not disappoint! We were on an extended motorcycle vacation and I found myself with failing wheel bearings on a Sunday. I got a hotel in Simcoe (9 miles away) and waited until they opened Monday morning.I was told they didn't have a trailer available to come get me, so I needed to limp there, hoping the wheel wouldn't lock up. When I got there I found that not only did they have a trailer but that it was about to leave to pick up another bike and could have picked mine up too.I had the wheel bearings with me and they took me right in and completed the repair quickly (or so I thought).I paid and was on my way. About 5 miles down the road the right front caliper fell off. I limped back again and they scrounged some bolts that would fit to put the caliper back on.I thought that was the end of it. A couple of days later, noises started to come from the front end. One of the noises was because they routed the speedometer cable incorrectly. It was easily fixed by rerouting the cable.In addition to the noises, my speedometer needle seemed to bounce most of the time.Since we weren't even half-way done with our trip, I stopped at another Kawasaki dealer to have them look at it. There were many other things wrong.The right side bearing seal was never installed (I supplied one). The left side has the speedometer drive. It was damaged and damaged the bearing seal on that side. The wheel spacer was installed backwards and was damaged and causing some of the noise. The bolts they put in were too long and barely holding tight to the caliper.I have asked for a refund for the cost of the repair, but have not heard back yet.Perhaps someone at the dealership does good work. I certainly didn't get that person.

sent in a form request for a new model ZX-10R, the staff got back to me the next morning, were VERY prompt at following up. they tried everything they could to try and get me into a bike including talking with kawasaki reps. very nice and friendly, i would recommend
