Shweta knocked our wedding out of the park. Not only did her attention to detail elevate our wedding to the next level but when vendors and venues were not cooperating she advocated on our behalf ensuring our wedding was exactly as we envisioned. Shweta and her team were pivotal in making sure we had the wedding of our dreams.

Shweta was our day of coordinator for our three events during our East Indian wedding week. We began closely working with her about 3 months prior to the wedding and she was absolutely awesome to work with. She is a blessing in disguise and her process for coordination is so streamlined that she makes the daunting wedding planning process so much easier. I was so much less stressed leading up to my wedding knowing she was taking care of things on her end. The week of my wedding events, I was able to enjoy each event to the fullest as I did not have to worry about the details or coordinate any of my vendors - Shweta and her assistant handled all of that so perfectly. We are still receiving so many compliments about the perfectionism and timeliness of our wedding, and that is definitely thanks to Shweta! I would highly recommend Shweta as a wedding planner as she knows what she is doing, is super fun and bubbly to work with and is a very detailed oriented individual. Thanks Shweta!

Shweta was amazing as our wedding planner. My wedding day was perfect because of her. She wasn't just meticulous with every job she had but she also made sure any issue becomes not an issue for me. She also connected me to vendors that are reasonably priced but made my wedding look like a million bucks. The main thing is Shweta is a very personable and got along with everyone and I think that is very important it be able to connect with your wedding planner. I would definitely choose Opulent Occasions to plan my future events.

Opulent Occasions is an AMAZING company. I attended one of their events and it was absolutely divine. It was a black tie party and everything from the decor to the food felt like I was at a million dollar party but it was so intimate! Lights and colours were all delightfully coordinated. The planner, Shweta, is the most lovely person and she was there making sure everything ran like a clock. Highly recommended.

We had an ordeal with another wedding planning and Shweta was able to take over our contract on short notice (month of planner) and was very helpful in making sure all the things we had overlooked were though of. She also had great suggestions for set up of the venue (hall/cabin in the woods - Blue Meadows) and in talking with the catering staff and other vendors, was very professional and helpful in their work. We had zero stress on the day of which is exactly what we wanted. She's also a delightful human being! You won't regret having her help your special day!
