Dr Prabhu was amazing. Listened very carefully to all my concerns and was very empathetic.

I just had a couple minute phone call with the receptionist and asked if she could take my three year old sister. Unfortunately due to personal issues her records are not available. I mentioned that she does not have records and very rudely the receptionist argued with me about how that is not possible and that they would not take her. Then after explaining that the mother was a drug addict, did not keep records AND is involved with cas she said ESPECIALLY if the child is involved with cas that they wouldn't take her. Then slightly suggested that for whatever reason I did not want to give the records. Extremely out of line, falsely accusing customers, yes customers, is completely inappropriate. This location clearly lacks communication skills and seems to be unable to express themselves without using their position of power in conversations. Would not recommend it. I highly suggest this location work on being adaptable and their communication skills.

Dr. Prabhu is an unicorn! She accepted my second child as patient and accommodated his first 48 hour visit into her already busy schedule. She is an incredible lactation coach/consultant. She has a no-non sense approach and very practical solutions. I am ever so thankful for finding her!
