Most useless strata ever, can’t get anything done, doesn’t consult residents, doesn’t communicate. Useless strata manager at First Service is rude, unhelpful, and just as incompetent as the strata council itself. Acting strata president has no idea what she’s doing and makes decisions about peoples specific units that are none of her or strata council’s business. Building concierge is completely clueless about anything going on and has no useful solutions to any issues brought forth. Building looks nice but that’s about it. USELESS PEOPLE! Cannot complain officially about any of this because complaints all go to useless strata manager and useless strata council and they do NOTHING.
