Buds Spa & Pools

I have chosen Buds Spa for years now. Appreciate the patience of each of the staff who explains, teaches and advises. Always personable. Always professional. Some superb, in fact! There was a glitch in service (I'll assume that was the case) a few years ago wherein the problem was fixed but the source of the problem, not addressed. Other than that (rather expensive service because the problem recurred: pump 2), I have learned a lot from technicians as well. I will continue with Buds and recommend this local business that serves Dundas , Ancaster & area.

The Dundas team (Ethan, Mackenzie + others) were great and followed up with me directly as they promised they would when new supply came in. Kudos on great customer support.

Unethical and they exploit that you have no pool experience. I have tried them for 2 years and they have constantly making issues in my pool that need to be fixed. This year I have been trying to find someone else to open the pool and I am extremely happy that I am not dealing with them again. I do ask that they remove my pool photos off their advertising--this is my right I believe...I do not wish the backyard of my home to be on the internet!

After having a bad customer experience dealing with Carol in the service department from the Ancaster location. I found her unprofessional and rude did not want to hear anything I had to say about me defective product and came up with every excuse that my pool or I was the issue.I decided to reach out to Dundas which handled my issue with a high level of customer experience and made it right . I want to thank Ethan & Paul for exchanging my defective part and noticing the defect. I am glad to say everything is working fine now and will continue to shop their retail chain in Dundas because the customer service I received from these 2 gentleman .Thanks Again !!

Staff hit or miss. Staff can't check for inventory on the phone(well) (Ancaster store as Dundas didn't answer), staff on phone pretty useless. Staff i've talked to pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to fuses for products. Found the product on amazon in about 12 seconds while waiting for to figure out he couldn't check inventory (5 minuets). Dundas store rarely answers phone or has what I need in stock. supplies very slim.*HOWEVER* Staff is very friendly and courteous !!!

Had our pool closed by them this year. My husband used to do it himself. They made a big job seem so easy. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time we shopped here we had a different teenager tell us something different on how to balance our pool chemistry.When we encountered an algae problem we received different methods on dealing with it each time we visited with a water sample. We spent an exorbitant amount of money on chemicals, none of which helped.It was frustrating and we had a hard time trusting these kids--naturally--since their advice rarely worked.Maybe we just had bad luck--but since we've switched pool stores it's been much cheaper and we've kept the pool chemistry perfect.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff located on Garner Rd in Ancaster. A full service spa and pool shop for all your swimming needs. Highly recommend them to service all your recreational needs for your pool or spa.
