It would be hard to say which is the best part about being treated by Dr. Cooke - her careful, patient, and thorough communication, or her deft and gentle use of her tools.Honourable mention here for her staff, and the fantastic view from the chair.Now, I'm not a young man and I used to open bottles with my teeth in an earlier, stupider version of myself - point is, I've spent a lot of time and money in a dentist's chair, and Dr. Cooke is the best.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Had an abscessed tooth extracted, which was a first for me. Dr MENDOZA explained the procedure ahead of time, including possible complications. She was able to extract the troublemaker without issues. Written after care instructions were provided and also gone through in detail, including emergency contact numbers just in case. I was told to expect a follow up phone call the next day to check on my condition. Overall, very impressed.

Hands down the BEST dentist experience I've ever had. Never before have I had such a thorough examination and subsequent explanation of my dental health. Dr. Cooke was phenomenal, she took the time to review every single x-ray with me on top of actually explaining why things are the way they are and therefore why this matters too keep an eye on with follow up examinations.If going to the dentist isn't something you feel comfortable doing, the team here in Ladysmith will make it so incredibly stress free. You will feel heard and supported, I could not give them higher praise, but 10/10 to put it into numerical value.Thanks for such a wonderful dentist experience!

The staff at Ladysmith Smiles have great bedside manner! I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist. But they were supportive, informative and treated me with kindness. A lovely group of people who made my experience far less daunting

Great experience.Every aspect of my first time atLadysmith Smiles dentist office was top notch. The receptionists were inviting, Heather Cooke and her assistant were very professional in the technical terms to the layman’s terms.The hygienist was thorough and made me feel comfortable.Thanks to you all. Dr Heather Cooke is the reason I drive from Victoria to Ladysmith. Dr Cooke is the best dentist I have seen in my 62 years. She provides excellent care and her expertise is 10/10.
