(vasectomy review) The staff were very kind and helpful, the clinic was nice and clean. The environment was very calming and put me at ease. The Doctor was great and friendly too! I didn't get the premium package, and the only part that was mildly painful was the freezing injection, but that was my choice to not pay the extra and get the needle free option.

The information you receive for infant circumcision via email pre appointment is fantastic. There is a booklet you get at appointment as well and they will answer all questions. My son tolerated the procedure fantastically, recovering was easy. Easy at home care. Follow up is easy and they are very easy to contact for any concerns with timely responses.

Comfortable visit, took my son there. I was initially anxious about the procedure despite watching the video explaining the procedure and aftercare, it's my first son so I had no prior knowledge of this. Information given is detailed, and the staff are very kind and polite. The nurses are very kind as well. The procedure took so little time and my son slept through the whole process, it did not appear that my son was in a lot of pain the days after either, healed up quickly as well. The procedure was not performed by Dr. Jay himself but by Dr. Tanner (I think that's her name and she is a new member of their team, she too was excellent).

Fantastic people. It isn’t easy going here to get procedures done for the men in your lives. But this team makes it so worth it, and they are very supportive and understanding. Way less invasive than getting these procedures done at your regular hospital or clinic.

Booking an appointment, the procedure and the healing process all went easy and smoothly. Dr. Jay is really good in what he is doing. It also helped that they gave us a handbook of what to do and what to expect and follow up. I had a good experience as a first time mom.

Dr. Jay was incredibly good with me, he spoke with me the entire time throughout the procedure. Kept me calm and focused on the conversation as I was freaking myself out in my head. I would highly recommend this clinic for any men's health-related procedures.

Easy and casual booking process, and the procedure itself was a breeze. Was in and out of the building in about 30 minutes. Glad I got the premium package, the needleless numbing was a relief and the extra supplies for aftercare were helpful. All around I was very pleased with the entire process.
