Ridiculously overpriced, messy to eat and unhealthy. Located in a bad area away from the main food court with few tables which are often taken by people not consuming their products, meaning I need to walk far to find a place to sit. Yes, their cinnamon roll is enjoyable, but there are plenty of other better choices for food which is more delicious, more healthy, more reasonably priced, and in a better location. About the only real good thing I can say is that washrooms are nearby for cleaning your hands afterwards.

Great Cinnabons, terrible staff, very rude, the older blonde lady making the Cinnabons was mean, and treated the younger girls badly.

There is no issue with the rolls. These are good.But when you ask for freshly backed ones, they give you that attitude, as if they are telling you: you better buy the ones we baked 4 or 6 hours earlier!!Please review the way you treat your customers. Unfortunately this is the only Cinnabon in Windsor!

I loveeeeee going here, although on Nov 29th the young woman worker was definitely sick, she was coughing all over the buns and her eyes were red and she was breathing in and out hard, all over product, never had gloves on, the older co worker even asked her if she wanted her to go to the front because she couldn’t stop coughing all over everything. I left I was so disappointed I didn’t buy anything

Its expensive....but sooooo yummy. A nice treat once in a awhile. It's a good thing there are knives and forks available because it it messy. I must admit I wasnt aware they were even still in the mall as they are now located in an out of the way location. Was actually on my way out of the mall when the delicious smells hit me....and I had to have one.

Manager was pretty rude. Wasn’t ready to order yet so sat at the tables in the mall hallway. She came over moved things around then talked poorly about me to the next customer for sitting at the tables saying they’re her tables. Ok. Honestly, won’t get their high sugar treats anymore just based on the way they act and the dirty looks she threw at me

Cinnabon has finally reopened in Devonshire mall. This is the only Cinnabon in Windsor for those 'googling' from out of town. It's in the same location as it was previously beside the hall that leads to the restrooms. Their menu since reopening appears to have a few more options then they did before construction. Product is fresh and staff are efficient.
