T-Bones Fresh Meal Market - Kelowna Spall

A spontaneous dinner decision for steaks led us to T-Bones Meat here in Kelowna.We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by a young lady offering to help us. However, we hadn’t quite decided on what we wanted yet. The lady just said to give a wave when we were ready. When we were ready, Sarah M. was prompt and ready to help.Sarah M. greeted us with her exuberant personality filled with confidence, joy, and a passion for costumer service. She was so vibrant and bubbly and just a lot of fun. She made us feel so welcomed and valued as costumers. I hope anyone who shops at T-bones has the opportunity to be helped by Sarah M.On top of service we received from Sarah M., the team at T-Bones Kelowna was so friendly, willing to offer suggestions, and reaffirmed our choices with their own personal reviews. The were knowledgeable and everyone was eager to help.Definitely recommend T-bones for all your grilling needs from dessert, appetizers, grilling meats, and side veggies. From a clean store, excellent selection, and outstanding costumer service, we will be back again and hope everyone else gives them a try too.You will not be disappointed!

Amazing food market. We have tried both the Kelowna central location and the West Kelowna location (West K is bigger inside, but both have an incredible selection).•They have the most incredible pre-made crab cakes as well as so many easy and fun appy/side options like stuffed mushrooms and peppers, baked potato creations, bacon-wrapped scallops and so much more•Their meat is so fresh and high quality; we have purchased steaks, sockeye salmon and chicken, and they have all been so delicious•They have a 3kg box of frozen chicken breasts for 65$ (a steal!) and it is seriously the most tender and juicy chicken we have ever tried•Also, amazing options for salads, pies, desserts, sauces, marinades and more, so it’s a one-stop shop for dinner party or barbecue prepping!Staff are so friendly, always encourage you to personally select your cuts, and they can make excellent recommendations to help you plan a menu!Thanks T-Bones!

We continue to have a terrific experience at T-Bones at Spall. All the staff are extremely friendly. When we asked for a specific cut of meat to make Brazilian BBQ, they went above and beyond.It’s clear that this business cares about their customers, both human and canine. Went in grabbed a number i didnt want to hold up the store as i just walked in and called my number as i was still looking, i said i was t ready and they would come back to me after helping another person. I figured out what i was going to get and waited. They called 6 numbers more after waiting for them to get back to me a lnother customer said oh they bypassed you i said yes. The person who initiated the service first goes oh he doesnt know what he wanted but after waiting a while i did. So after that i left.

I normally love Tbones. The quality is excellent. And here comes the but,…. I bought a $100 brisket from there. Did a 16 hour smoke on it. Once it was done resting, I cut into a very dried out brisket. Then I discovered why. The flat of a brisket has a fat cap, then muscle, then inter muscular fat then another layer of muscle. Mine only had a fat cap and top layer of muscle. No point, no inter muscular fat and no bottom muscle. They sold me a long wide roast. Needless to say, I was very embarrassed serving it to all the guests I had invited to supper. This was an inexcusable mistake. I took a video of the brisket but I can’t add the video to this review

I have bought meat and other items from T-Bones over the years, but this was the first time I bought Steaks. I got eight strip loin steaks and not one of them was any good. Very disappointed at the Quality of the meat. For $94 you should be able to count on having a tender juicy flavorful steak. Quite embarrassing when this was what I bought for a family dinner ! Won't be buying my meat at T-Bones any longer.

This store is so amazing. The food is always so very fresh, and everything is so delicious. Lisa C. cares so much: it melts my heart. What a wonderful person to have had the pleasure to be helped by today. I recommend this store to everyone and will definitely return again and again !

Very good meat store, have dealt here for 15+ yrs. Always ready to give advice on certain cuts and custom cut for special recipes.Staff are knowledgeable and friendly .
