Very professional. Efficient from the quoted estimate to the last hauled item. Great communication leading up to the scheduled work days and while the work was happening. Great attitude and flexible decisions being made while the clean out was taking place; they really worked with us during the process. The price never changed even as they discovered additional material to haul off.

The 2 Guys that came to my place arrived EXACTLY when they said they would. They were quick with the estimate and got right to work. These guys were a couple of moving machines, and worked HARD to get all my rubbish and junk moved and out, fast. They were very pleasant to deal with, and gave me a good, honest deal. I would recommend The King to anyone who has a junk problem and wants it gotten rid of now.

Booking was easy and appointment was on time, and gentlemen who arrived were very professional. The cost was higher than I should have agreed to and I didn't negotiate; the owner was willing to work with me after the fact to get the cost down to something more reasonable. I recommend this service after working with Sterling, the owner, who is willing to stand behind his service and make sure the customer is happy even when the customer messes up.

First the estimate. The Junk King representative arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, and gave us a very reasonable estimate which was lower than I expected.Second the removal. Their personnel again arrived on time, were very personable and friendly, respected our property and efficiently removed a 5 piece sectional without incident. I will definitely use their services again when I have need to dispose of any large item.
