Western Labour doesn't stick up for their staff, they're only concerned with the client. For example, I went into a Jonny on the Spot" to get some toilet paper 5 minutes before my shift started and I had a smoke hanging off my lip. When I turned around I saw a representative for the company I was to work for that day. He decided to send me home for smoking in the porta-potty. I'd bet anything that a person wouldn't have been able to smell any residual cigarette smoke that was left behind. When I went back to Western Labour to explain what happen

Best temp company in the city. They rarely ever sat me and always have tons of work. Troy and Mitch are good people. I just wish I never broke that bridge. Still deserve 5 star

I work for these men for a couple of years they always took care of me and made sure I had when I needed give me a ride to work if needed to advance in the morning if needed and any PPE that I required the individuals that are running this organization are mature and very well organized ! This is the only temp agency that I would consider working for

Great place to work, straight up guys to deal with, you get what you give,went their my first time and it was a great experience got work right away done the best I could for the employer my next gig was in Luduc worked that for 10 days then went my own way time to go see them again

The staff is a bit more focused on safety than other temp agencies I have been to. Site safety is important because many of the site bosses don't care about safety. Often the work is hard heavy work. Some sites request hard workers or specific workers, safety tickets, or trades. Steel toed boots, safety glasses, a reflective vest (not stripes) and a hard hat are what is used on most sites.

I kinda feel like there's a bit of favoritism going on! Been coming for a couple days and waiting around for hours and I've seen guys walk in and get sent right back out with work. But all in all okay I guess, don't have anything to compare to

One of the best cash daily temp employers in the city. The staff are professional and respectful, they don't play games with pay deductions like a lot of other temp labour agencies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for immediate work.

Had a good experience with this place, I really needed cash for my car payments, the the owner helped me out even tho I was a little rude at first, but everything worked out.
