Since under new management, The Good Samaritan Thrift Store has a much better selection of items and the prices are MUCH more reasonable. The manager is so kind and will make your shopping experience pleasant! Would reccomend checking out this thrift shop for quality items at a price you can afford (unlike some other overpriced thrift stores).

The Good Samaritan Thrift Store
I decided to check out this little second hand store today while I was out for a walk with my baby. It was my first time in the store, and I didn’t know what to expect. I can say that I am very impressed. The owners (husband and wife) were very nice, and welcoming. They just recently bought the store on April 1st. The prices they have right now are very reasonable. Used clothing is $4, new is $5. DVDs are $1 but if it’s a box set, $1 per DVD. The husband gave me a bunch of free items. He gave me all of the cassettes, and CDS. He offered me some wine glasses, but I declined since I don’t really drink. They have a lot of really nice jewelry too! I will definitely keep coming back!

Best thrift store in Calgary by far. The owners are lovely, the prices are fantastic (most items are $3-$6), and the assortment of products is great! Lots of high-end brand names and new with tags items too!

Decided to drop in since I live in the neighborhood! The new owners are really friendly and have updated the store! There is a great selection of home decor pieces which were reasonably priced! They also had a sale for clothing at $3 and $6! You can tell the owners care about the pieces that are brought in and I hope others will drop by to see what they have.

This is such a great thrift store! The husband and wife duo that own it are so fun and kind, I had lots of laughs with them! I found a super cute basically new lululemon crop top and another perfect soft tee that I love (both for $6)! Definitely check this place out, I’ll be back for sure.
