Excellent service every time. Very personable. Friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. Very little kids dream. Would highly recommend visiting; it’s worth it.

My daughter had a amazing time for her party here. Staff went above and beyond helping all the kids pick and fill their furry buddy’s. We will be back in future.

Have always had a great experience at The Bear House. They are so much more than bears! It’s easily the best place in town for balloon bouquets (my daughter’s birthday balloons lasted WEEKS) and they have a great selection of greeting cards as well. A truly great LOCAL business.

You guys really need to change how you are inputted into Google. When you Google build a bear it comes up as your establishment. Build a bear had a promo going on today so I drove 45 mins to take part and instead when I asked about it I got a rude response that it would never say that its build a bear and it couldn't be. I was not being rude I was simply asking a question and got snapped at. So if you think its build a bear dont because it's not.

Other review had nothing to do with the service of this establishment. Which I must add.. IS AMAZING. I’m very grateful to have a place to make and choose stuffed animals in a small town like this. This is a unique store with a great/versatile selection from small to jumbo if you are a plush enthusiast (: customer service has consistently been accommodating and kind with a plethora of passion for the items they sell.

My kid loves his puppy that he got from here. CheaperThan build a bear, but just as nice.

Had the most wonderful experience here this evening! The amazing woman that helped us was so patient and kind. The kids had a wonderful time! Absolutely recommend!

I would give more stars if I could!!My daughter is a collector (7yrs old), she earned a custom stuffy by completing a lot of chores around the house and farm. Her experience at the bear house was fantastic. What an amazing memory and experience for her all the way through. What really put it over the top was the assistance to fix up her favourite stuffy (well loved) with fluff, a heart with the assistance of the sewing place across the way. It means the world to her, she’s over the moon and especially loved getting the extra outfit for him too!High quality, service/support and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back :)
