Recently my 90yr.old father took a fall and required a personal support attendant for his daily needs. I contacted Golden Oak Care and spoke with Mahfuzur Raham, whom I found to be extremely professional and understanding. He let me know the services that Golden Oak Care provides, and we landed on a daily personal support worker. The personal support worker (Haidee) was at my father’s house when he came home from the hospital and she was amazing in both her professionalism and compassion in helping him get comfortable at home – after being in hospital/care for over 2-months. Since then, we have had other personal support workers from Golden Oak Care, and they have all been excellent in providing care to my Father. My family and I are grateful for the help we’ve received from Golden Oak Care and their genuine concern in helping those in need. I highly recommend Golden Oak Care.

Golden Oak is a caring and amazing company who is quick in their response and very understanding of our needs. For several years my aunt was in private senior living and the long term care and because as you know even though the homes are staffed with PSWs and nurses they are usually too busy to attend to our love oneson an individual basis.Mafuz and his team was there to provide assistance to ensure the well being of my aunt was met at times for 24/7. With my busy personal life, I had the peace of mind that she was well looked after and had assistance and companionship during the day and when required at night.. It is not just a job, after a few years at the end Mafuz was there to lend his support at her funeral. Truly thankful have found Golden Oak.
