Calgary Co-op Monterey Pharmacy

Not sure why but keep stopping here, close to the house I suppose. I don't really have a problem with the staff other than the pharmacy staff who treated me like a heroin addict when a picked up a prescription. It's the expired food. I'm sure I seen a pack of shake a puddin and a box of green pea soup that hasn't been around since 1973. Not sure why they keep selling expired food. If you have time check the dates before you hit the checkout.

For the store, not the pharmacy. Also why are you only able to review the pharmacy?This is usually the store I go to sometimes. I like getting their package fruit salads and vegetable platters. They also have ramune pop that I like and dairy free ice cream. (that not made with coconut milk).The staff is nice and the store is clean, but when I went to the bakery to grab some petite cream puff, the cream puffs had no cream and were pretty much just air puffs. Don't know if its the bakery's fault or whoever provides the creme puffs.

20 August 2022. Was working today, hubby was on a callout. Went in and asked the deli lady if she will be willing heat up sausages if I buy it - she said no, because the oven is already cleaned for the day. I said thanks and left to soend my money at a business in the same complex that understands money into a business equals paying staff salaries.

The pharmacy staff are kind of rude here. I am always polite and respectful but the staff relatively unpleasant and act annoyed that there are customers.

Just had a bad experience with the pharmacy lady look like old Indian one on dec 23 at 1145. Going to pick up medications for my mother, she claims that someone made a mistake here so I have to pay at the front first then come back to get the medication. I just do it because I thought this is was for everyone. Then I find out she chooses specific people to do so which is a discrimination. When question her so she talk loud with no respect and said “I am going to fix it, I will put a note here for everyone to see”. This is unlawful to see how she takes advantage to push customers away. As a result I will just transfer my mother’s left over prescription somewhere else. Don’t go to this pharmacy if you don’t want to have a bad day.

Considering all the factors stacked against them they still manage to give solid advice and try to answer all their patients concerns.

Not good people working there. Definitely avoid and take your prescription elsewhere . Not worth your time here at all.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. They are so slow! Even on the phone they have no shame putting you on hold for long. Go to other pharmacies for better services

Inaccessible to autistic people... the cooling units, especially at the front of the store, have the intolerable, horrid high pitch electric scream. Had to leave immediately.

5 people behind the counter. Elderly waiting in line and being ignored. Who is in charge of this train wreck. Service has gone so down hill....
