This place is so awesome. Michaels staff customer service was fantastic. The manager at the time was a very personable friendly young woman with an adorable one-year-old baby. The Young lady cashier was very sweet with a great big smile, come to find out it was her actual first day she was awesome to I highly recommend coming to Michaels. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. All the Isles were very organized and super clean too.

Busiest day of the week...saturday and there is only 2 people at the cash and no one on the floor to help the customers. We needed assistance.No one came to see us.At the price they sell their stuff, they should be able to afford more employees there.

February 2023 - Michaels, Orleans locationMichaels seems to sell everything that I need. They often have codes for 30% off non sale items, one item only for online or in-store use. There are numerous sales every week. Online orders are supposed to be filled and ready to pickup in 24 hours. At the Orleans location, it is never that, and usually ready in a few hours.I have only had excellent experiences with Michael's. The products are good quality, and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always around to answer questions.

It's super clean, well organized and easy find stuff. Always ask to use a coupon if possible.

I went to the store to drop off a Purolator package but was delighted by their spring collection of silk flowers, which were so irresistibly, especially with the sale prices. I have brought the spring into my home before the snow and ice melt.

Grace Mahar was on cash tonight and was extremely kind and helpful with my order for making a DIY Christmas Sweater! Thank you Grace!

My last visit into the Orleans Michaels was AMAZING. The staff there generally give good customer service. But I wanted to acknowledge one particular staff associate named Ashe, who was SPECTACULAR. It's the BEST customer service I've received anywhere. And I do shop around!!The day I came in I was on a time crunch and needed materials to complete a small project for my daughters birthday, I said what I was looking for, and they recommened the materials I needed. So I paid for items and was ready to go home and do the work, but in talking with Ashe, craft projects were a fun activity they didn't often get to do, so next thing I knew, we were cutting and pastng the material pieces I'd just bought. Wow, within 20minutes, the project was done. I was BLOWN AWAY and very touched that they would take the time to do this. Please, give this employee a raise. It is well deserved. To be treated with this level of service, is absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how thrilled I've been telling friends and family about the OUTSTANDING service I received, and will happily recommend your store, in particular Ashe. My daughter, loved the letter R box, decorated to included chocolate covered strawberries and Lindt chocolates!!Thank you so much Ashe for your excellent service:)
