Dishonest - did not stick to quoted price!! Took advantage of me (I’m 9 months pregnant and was desperate to have them cleaned ASAP.) Total scam.I was really disappointed because they were super friendly and seemed they’d do a good job.However, I was very upset after receiving their services. I was quoted $125 per head (I have 3) for a total of $375 + tax and that it would include the cleaning of the outdoor unit compressor. The bill was a total of $600! At $175 each head and they did not touch the outdoor units. This is very dishonest and disappointing. I asked about the price and was told I was being given “a deal” because normally it’s $250. Incredibly upsetting. I will not use these services again and would not recommend to anyone.
