I recently visited this drugstore and I am happy to give 5 star review for their service. In my case, the gentlemen made all his efforts to call the doctor to find out what what was on my prescription. This shows he genuinely cares about his patients. He’s knowledgeable and very detailed. My whole family has been going to this pharmacy for many years and have always had a great experience. I went in today to pick up a medication and the pharmacist went above and beyond to explain what the medication does, as well as suggesting more long-term solutions to my health issues. It was really appreciated. Exceptional service, highly recommend this pharmacy!

Been coming to this pharmacy for years, no complaints. They always make sure i understand what I’m taking, discuss possible side effects & make sure i’m well informed & all my questions are answered by the end of each of my visits. Don’t see myself going to any other pharmacy in the future!

This place is my home away from home. My mother and I have been dealing with the staff since I was 20 years old and now I am turning 39. When I was sick and could not even afford medications at one point they made sure I had the medication before I could pay them. They were very accommodating. When the doctor took longer than he should to send the prescription by fax they stayed back after closing so that I could get my medications. They are all very pleasant and even called and checked on me after finding out that I was not well. I would not trade this place for anywhere else.

Excellent service! I had great experience with permanent drug mart pharmacists. They all have great customer dealing skills. All the professionals are knowledgeable, experienced and very helpful. They always ready to answer the questions regarding medications. I can’t think about any other pharmacy after visiting this place. I would love to recommend this pharmacy to other people.

Newly renovated with an added walk-in clinic. Clean, brightly lit, spacious, level entrance, and wheelchair accessible. Pharmacists are friendly. Needs an automated door for full accessibility. Rated 9/10.

The staff is really helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the medications that are prescribed to you. They really try there best to make the prescription affordable, especially for students! They never really never have a huge wait time unlike Shopper's Drugmart. Their dispensing fee is almost nothing. The facility is extremely is clean, and well kept. Their over the counter stuff ie vitamins are competitively priced when you compare it to places such as Rexall and Shopper's.

Cordial and professional staff. No wonder you see so many great reviews. The team took the time and effort to request for a verbal prescription from the doctor when I missed getting it listed on my paper prescription. They also shared some great suggestions on pharma and hospitals that was especially helpful and assuring to me as a new immigrants. Wishing the team good luck!
